We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
- Visit footwearsperry.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.
- Pack your item(s) securely, include the packing slip, and attach the return label.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If your requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
